BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (Open for Fresh Graduate)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at HARLEIGH (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.'. In this full-time role based in Johor Bahru, Johor, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and securing long-term, high-value partnerships for our organization.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target sectors and industries
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to win new clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
• Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring profitability and long-term sustainability
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and market developments
• Contribute to the development of the sales pipeline and meet/exceed quarterly/annual targets
• Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline progression and key performance metrics

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar new business development role, preferably in Manufacturing Industry
• Strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions to customer challenges
• Demonstrated experience in building long-term, consultative relationships with clients
• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
• Posses own transport, willing and able to travel when required.
