Business Development Executive (Nourish Pet Division)

Responsible for developing, promoting, and penetrating the pet food supply business across various regions, including pet shops, supermarkets, veterinary clinics, and petrol stations.

Tasked with developing new client accounts and exploring new markets.

Maintain sales performance, manage debtor aging, and plan for client growth within the assigned territory.

Build and sustain positive relationships with clients.

Achieve KPIs such as sales targets, budget, debtor aging, and market share.

Monitor competitor activities and respond effectively to increase and protect market share.

Ensure debtor aging is within company targets.

Collaborate with sales administration and finance teams to resolve invoice, payment, and client issues.

Assess market demand and supply conditions to forecast and allocate stock, avoiding shortages, expired products, and overstocking.

Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proficient in computer skills with strong presentation, analytical, and result-oriented abilities.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel outstation.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for communication with overseas suppliers or customers.
