Responsibilities

• Monitor sales and manpower, resolve agent issues, facilitate effective communication, and gather market feedback.
• Strengthen relationships between agents and the company, track agent performance across various duties, and motivate them to enhance sales activities.
• Provide guidance on recruitment, marketing strategies, training and agency & company activities.
• Coordinate with other departments and handle any other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or agency systems, with a focus on team leadership.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with knowledge of major Mandarin dialects as a plus.
