Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our teamfor a commercial client-facing role. This position involves building strong business engagements, pursuing new business opportunities, and driving growth. The role also includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, representing the company at industry events, and staying updated on industry trends to continuously enhance our marketing and business development efforts. Job Descriptions:

1. Accountable for the delivery of the volume and sales with a clear focus on the standard products

2. Accountable for developing additional business opportunities for the company

3. Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

4. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

5. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.

6. Develop sales enablement materials such as product brochures, presentations, and case studies to support the sales.

7. Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

8. Work closely with the team to understand customer feedback and market demands and incorporate them into marketing strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Knowledge:

- At least a Diploma or Degree in any field of education.

- Proficient in English & Malay, fluency preferred.

Experience:

-Minimum 1-3 years' experience in marketing/business development.

-Focused on training programs, team building & e-learning (LMS)

Technical skills:

-Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Additional knowledge:

- A collaborative attitude, effectively working with cross-functional teams.
