Job Responsibilities:

TWO VACANCIES AVAILABLE: MANAGER & JUNIOR ROLE

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, inbound leads, outbound cold calls and emails to increase client base.
  • Identify customer needs, wants and problems, and provide business matching through our solutions.
  • Actively seek out sales leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to understand the market, competitors, and provide insights to clients, including identifying selling opportunities and developing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Develop company sales prospects to build a solid foundation for long-term business sustainability.
  • Develop and deliver customized presentations that meet clients' needs to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitors’ movements and market conditions to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Perform market analysis and report findings to support business strategies, including proposing business and pricing structures for commercial conditions.
  • Generate monthly sales reports for management, providing updates on sales activities and figures.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Marketing/ E-Commerce/ Mass Communication, or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Experience in E-Commerce industry will be an added advantage.
  • Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role involves dealing with Mandarin clients.
  • Highly self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, persuasive, and resourceful.
  • Able to work with limited supervision.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
