We’re Looking For:

A Business Development Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities within the rapidly growing data center sector.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and identify new business opportunities within the data center market in Johor Bahru.
  • Utilize a streamlined proposal process to create compelling proposals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development (water/wastewater industry or B2B industrial equipment sales preferred).
  • Comfort with technical sales and a solid understanding of how technology meets customer needs.
  • Strong research, cold calling, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Self-starter who can handle uncertainty and is proactive.
  • Strong team player with effective interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Preferably a Class 3 driver’s license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
