Business Development Executive (JB)

We are looking for a Sustainability Water Solutions Specialist / Business Development Executive who has experience working with Interior Designers, Contractors, or Consultants to expand our business in the industry.

Responsibilities

1. Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process.
2. Collaborate with team members to identify and manage company risks that may hinder growth.
3. Research and identify opportunities in new and existing markets.
4. Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
5. Foster a collaborative environment within the business.
6. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
7. Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with clients.
8. Execute outbound campaigns (calls, emails) to generate sales opportunities.
9. Maintain client activities in CRM systems.
10. Develop and present customized proposals based on client needs.
11. Ensure excellent customer service through regular follow-up.
12. Build rapport with key decision-makers.
13. Translate proposals into signed contracts.
14. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to implementation.
15. Conduct virtual and in-person sales meetings.

Requirements

1. Postgraduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in any discipline.
2. Strong business acumen and communication skills.
3. Languages: Chinese and English.
4. Own vehicle and willingness to travel.
