Qualifications

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (INTERIOR DESIGN)

Tall Innovations Sdn Bhd specializes in interior design services, offering professional design solutions for residential and commercial spaces. We are seeking credible and committed individuals to fill this position.

Location: MENARA AMFIRST, PETALING JAYA

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Interior Designing and/or project sales management in commercial projects such as shopping malls, hotels, offices & property development.
  • Minimum 5 years of project sales management experience in residential & commercial interior design projects.
  • Knowledge of Interior Designing environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max (V-ray), SketchUp, Photoshop & other design programs.
  • Good business relationships with architects, interior designers, shopping mall operators, offices, sales galleries & property developers.
  • Committed, energetic, with management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills with all levels of management.
  • Independent, result-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Willing to travel outstation and occasionally overseas.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop, execute, and lead marketing campaigns to penetrate new markets, drive new business, and secure new projects.
  • Identify and secure major fit-out projects, develop key accounts, and respond to tenders efficiently.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create and implement strategic business development plans targeting specific clients.
  • Manage the sales cycle, including presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Monitor and track business development activities.
  • Research clients, market trends, and background information related to business development efforts.
  • Coordinate events, public relations, advertisements, trade show materials, speaking engagements, and award submissions.
