Job Description

• Drive sales growth by supporting distributor teams in promoting the full range of products, including new product introductions.
• Execute a structured field plan to visit and engage with distributor customers, including bakeries and foodservice outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers within the distributor network to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to provide product knowledge, technical support, and activate marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide timely feedback to management.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and progress against targets.
• Support the Line Manager and Commercial Director with ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Executive should have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, food-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply - especially those with baking school backgrounds.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Passionate about baking, self-driven, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment
