Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing EasyParcel’s services
Understand each customer’s unique needs and recommend personalized solutions
Build strong, lasting client relationships through trust and consistent follow-up
Update and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to ensure a smooth customer journey
Conduct regular business reviews to explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities
1 years of Sales experience is a bonus (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)!
A go-getter attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and hunger to succeed
Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
