Business Development Executive (BDE) – Vending Machine & Office Coffee Solutions

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for vending machine placements and office coffee solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, facilities managers, and decision-makers.

Conduct presentations, product demos, and coffee tasting sessions for potential clients.

Negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing structures to close deals.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth machine installation, service, and customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in business development, B2B sales, or vending/office coffee solutions industry.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality to acquire new clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings.
