About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

This role will support the development and execution of annual AI product partnerships with automotive dealer clients. You will assist in client communication, proposal preparation, and project coordination to ensure successful cooperation and adoption of AiMotion’s AI-powered products.

This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about the intersection of automotive, AI, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client & Partnership Support – Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with automotive dealer clients.
  • Support the execution of annual AI product partnership plans and related activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests and projects are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare product presentations, proposals, and quotations for potential clients.
  • Assist in organizing client meetings, demonstrations, and follow-ups.
  • Track client feedback and support contract renewal or upselling processes.
  • Maintain and update records related to client data and sales progress to support management decisions.
Market Research & Reporting
  • Market Research & Reporting – Conduct research on automotive market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain updated records of client data, sales progress, and partnership results.
  • Prepare reports to support management in decision-making.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align client needs with AiMotion’s AI solutions.
  • Gather and share feedback to support continuous improvement of product and service quality.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Prior experience in automotive, digital marketing, or advertising is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of social media and digital content marketing is a plus.
