JOB DESCRIPTION - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (Open to Fresh Graduates)

Open for: 8 candidates

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones.
  2. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and student demographics.
  3. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful enrolments.
  4. Plan and execute both digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  5. Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
  6. Analyze marketing performance and suggest improvements.
  7. Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials.
  8. Build and maintain partnerships with schools, communities, and local businesses.
  9. Respond to inquiries and feedback in a timely, professional manner.
  10. Meet and exceed enrolment and revenue targets.
  11. Develop pricing strategies and seasonal promotions.
  12. Conduct Zoom meetings with clients or customers to present and explain packages.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in a related field.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken & written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and social media tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and enjoy interacting with people.
  • Able to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Professional in customer service and internal communication.
  • Proactive, strategic, and goal-oriented.
  • Available to start immediately (preferred).
  • Willing to work at Bandar Baru Sentul.
  • Has own transportation to commute to work.
