Business Development Executive

Job Description

As our Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in identifying and connecting with potential clients who can benefit from our creative and marketing expertise. You’ll actively build relationships, support proposal development, and help bring exciting new projects into the pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients who are a great fit for our services
  • Attend networking events, follow leads, and build lasting connections
  • Engage prospects and present agency services in a compelling way
  • Work with internal teams to create pitch decks and proposals
  • Keep our pipeline organized and share updates on lead status and next steps
  • Support marketing efforts that attract new business (social, campaigns, partnerships)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related area is a plus, but not required
  • 1–3 years in a sales, agency, or client engagement role is a plus
  • Passion for creativity, design, and experiential work
  • Strong verbal and written communicator who enjoys meeting new people
  • Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
  • Organized and persistent with a positive, team-first attitude
