Business Development Executive

Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Business Development Executive to help us connect with new clients and uncover exciting opportunities. In this role, you’ll generate leads, build relationships, and position our development services to organizations seeking innovative digital products.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across industries
  2. Conduct outreach via email, social platforms, and industry networking
  3. Understand client challenges and position the appropriate solution
  4. Collaborate with technical leads to develop accurate proposals and timeline
  5. Support the sales pipeline through CRM updates, reporting, and follow-up
  6. Represent the company at events, meetups, and tech expos (when applicable)
  7. Develop market research to find effective and efficient ways to find new business opportunities

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
  2. 1–3 years in a business development, sales, or client acquisition role (preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital services) is a plus
  3. Strong understanding of web, mobile, and/or software development lifecycles
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative mindset
  5. Comfortable with outbound prospecting and managing leads independently
  6. Detail-oriented and organized — can manage multiple opportunities at once
  7. Willingness to learn and continuously improve
