Opportunity

We offer an excellent opportunity for a skilled Business Development Personnel to join our team and contribute to our growth and expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Report directly to the Country Sales Manager and play a key role in developing new business opportunities.
  2. Explore avenues to advance initiatives that deliver value, focusing on developing new accounts and raising awareness of our products to generate ongoing sales and build long-term relationships.
  3. Identify decision-makers and influencers, set appointments, conduct face-to-face sales presentations, and liaise with prospects regularly.
  4. Investigate and deliver solution-based proposals to increase customer value.
  5. Manage the onboarding of new customers and maintain relationships through a Key Account Management approach.
Key Requirements
  1. Degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of B2B sales experience; experience in packaging, printing, or label industry is highly favorable.
  2. Resourceful, innovative, techno-commercially driven, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  3. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  4. Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia.
