• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers.
• Conduct telephone calls and trade visits to existing and prospective customers.
• Analyze information and background of potential customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to meet customer expectations on time.
• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure precise execution.
• Assist the Accounts Department in connecting with customers for Accounts Receivable collection.
