3–5 years of experience in business development & sales preferably in e-commerce, electronics, retail, or consumer goods.
Proven track record of securing partnerships with retailers, distributors, or corporate clients.
Experience in the health, fitness, or electronics sectors is a plus.
Familiarity with the Malaysian market and/or international markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, US, Europe) for overseas distributionship expansion.
Experience with B2B sales or corporate bulk orders is highly desirable.
Sales and Negotiation: Strong ability to pitch Hiblendr’s value proposition, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to nurture long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
Market Research: Ability to analyze market trends, identify target retailers/distributors, and assess consumer preferences.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication for presentations, proposals, and networking. Fluency in English and Malay is essential; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin or other regional languages) are a plus for overseas markets.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with Hiblendr’s brand goals.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handling multiple projects (e.g., retail partnerships, distributor negotiations, corporate pitches).
Resilience: Able to handle rejection and persist in prospecting new leads.
Digital Savvy: Understanding of e-commerce platforms, online retail trends, and digital marketing to bridge online and offline channels.
