Penang International Dental College (PIDC) is a leading college, based in Butterworth, Penang.

PIDC started as a Dental College in 2006 and has now expanded its programme offering to include programmes in Allied Health Sciences & Humanities.

Reskilling, upskilling and training programmes are being offered to industries around the Northern states as well.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Butterworth.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Experience in education marketing and skills training is paramount.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong networking amongst the industries in Penang, Kedah and Perak, is a prerequisite.
• Strong Business and Communication skills
• Experience in Account Management
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus
