About the role
Iplanner Global is a recruitment agency, currently seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Rawang, Selangor. This full-time role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive the company's growth and expansion in the local market. You will play a crucial part in achieving our sales targets and realising our strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing
Proactively research and identify potential clients and growth opportunities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage new prospects and convert them into clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in your target market
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Collaborate closely with the marketing and recruitment team to support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to the management team
Continuously seek to improve your product knowledge and sales skills through training and development
What we're looking for
Proven track record of successful new business development in a sales or business development role, ideally within the sales industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
This person should be able to converse in English, BM, Chinese (will be added advantage)
Strong commercial acumen and the drive to achieve ambitious sales targets
Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Diploma or Degree qualification
SPM holders with min 5 years of experience in relevant field will be cosidered.
Posess own transport as travelling is a MUST
