Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support and grow our client base in the automotive tinting industry. This role involves actively seeking new business opportunities, visiting clients on-site (such as car dealerships, fleet operators, and individual vehicle owners), promoting our products and services, and assisting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to promote and sell car tinting and detailing services to new and existing customers like Car Sales Agent, Car Show Room and Detailing Partners.

Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships, garages, and fleet managers.

Identify potential clients through cold calls, leads, and referrals.

Provide quotations, explain service benefits, and follow up to close sales.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.

Maintain a record of daily sales activities, client visits, and feedback.

Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities.

Represent the company professionally at networking events or trade shows (if applicable).

Handle basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in automotive or related services.

Knowledge of car tinting or automotive accessories is a strong advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Good presentation skills and a professional appearance.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily.

High school diploma or higher; sales or marketing training is a plus.

Preferred Qualities:

Goal-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction.

Energetic and proactive in building client relationships.

Familiarity with CRM tools or basic reporting software.

Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks on the go.
