You will manage customer relationships, develop new prospects, and achieve sales targets in a passionate and innovative environment. Leverage your sales skills and willingness to travel to drive business success as you participate in trade initiatives and represent the company at various exhibitions.
· Responsible for managing customer accounts and maintaining good relationships with assigned customers through visits and team meetings.
· Proactively develop new customer accounts.
· Perform daily communication activities and ensure optimal contact with all customers.
· Lead and monitor sales activities, coordinating with HQ in China for smooth delivery processes.
· Travel to sites as necessary.
· Travel domestically and internationally for business discussions as needed.
· Follow up on after-sales support regarding customer quality issues, costs, delivery, and repeat orders.
· Responsible for payment collection and inventory control.
· Participate in marketing initiatives such as conferences and overseas exhibitions.
· Responsible for achieving sales targets.
