Job description

· Responsible for managing customer accounts and maintaining good relationships with assigned customers through visits and team meetings.

· Proactively develop new customer accounts.

· Perform daily communication activities and ensure optimal contact with all customers.

· Lead and monitor sales activities, coordinating with HQ in China for smooth delivery processes.

· Travel to sites as necessary.

· Travel domestically and internationally for business discussions as needed.

· Follow up on after-sales support regarding customer quality issues, costs, delivery, and repeat orders.

· Responsible for payment collection and inventory control.

· Participate in marketing initiatives such as conferences and overseas exhibitions.

· Responsible for achieving sales targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma/A Level in Business Sales or related discipline.
  • Candidates without audio-visual background but with interest and knowledge in AV are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in IT project sales will be considered for a managerial position.
  • Project sales experience is an advantage.
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Knowledge of E-Commerce and being IT savvy.
  • Open-minded, sales-oriented, and committed to work.

Working hours:

Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm

Location:

IOI RIO Office Tower, Bandar Puteri Puchong

Salary will be commensurate with the number of applicants and skills match.
