The Position:
• We are looking for a candidate who is driven and passionate, likes working with people,
and is a go-getter.
• This position has a flexible working arrangement, allowing you to work from home, while
only requiring mandatory work-in-office once every fortnight.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe PDF, and Google Drive
• Experience in both the project management and sales side of running a business
• Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads
• Advanced presentation and persuasive skills
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships
with clients
• Extensive knowledge of productivity tools and software
• Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task
• Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
• Be involved with attracting, engaging and following up with new prospects & converting
them into clients
• Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their
problems
• Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
• Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
• Maintaining client activities in CRM
• Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business,
offerings, competitors, and industry.
• Developing rapport with key decision makers
• Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
• Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
• Manage and track sales performance and provide regular reports to the management
team.
• Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Support the team with other responsibilities as required
