FACILITY CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS: CLEANROOMS, LABORATORIES AND GENERAL OFFICES. LAB FURNITURE, FUME HOODS AND ASSOCIATED ENGINEERING SERVICES

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing quality sales plans & strategies, support and business development.
  • Perform analysis of business challenges, market requirements, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Manage user and functional requirements, business processes, and documentation.
  • Meet sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Prepare and maintain paperwork including KPI reporting, forms, and reports.
  • Meet clients, present company collateral, and develop long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Proactively source and establish new prospects.
  • Plan work schedules and discuss future targets with the sales team or manager.
  • Perform accurate cost calculations and provide quotations.
  • Prepare and deliver product and service presentations.
  • Prepare engineering offers with assistance from QS.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages advantageous.
  • Relevant work experience in the field.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Own vehicle and willingness to travel across Johor.
  • Two positions available in Kulai (Johor).
