Manthra Software Services Sdn Bhd is hiring a Full time Business Development Executive role in Bangsar South, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur. Apply now to be part of our team.


Job Summary:
  • Flexible hours available
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: RM3,000 - RM4,000 per month

Job Objectives:

The Business Development Executive must work with the test and application team(s) to validate the quality of the product delivered to the stakeholders as per project requirement. They are also responsible for highlighting risks to business stakeholders through timely and precise execution of manual/automated test scripts under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Software Testing and Development Solutions
  • Make cold calls to prospects (Minimum amount of agreed calls)
  • Identify key prospects
  • Brief them on Software solutions
  • Fix appointments for technical presentation
  • Follow-up with prospects to close orders
  • Introduce employees/candidates to customer for discussions
  • Attend to any issues raised by customer
  • Weekly Sales report in the format provided (Mandatory to be submitted every Monday for previous week)

Profile Requirements:

  • Good to have about 3-4 years in Sales/Marketing preferably in IT (Information Technology) especially in Hardware/software
  • Preferable with Degree/Diploma in Computer Science
  • Independently able to handle customer - Briefing and convincing on solution, prepare presentations to communicate automation issues and recommendations to overcome issues
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Decent documentation skills
