Job summary

A leading retail chain is seeking candidates for channel development in Malaysia. The role requires establishing distributor networks, maintaining existing partnerships, and analyzing market trends. Develop distributors, agents, and cross-industry cooperation organizations (such as supermarkets, convenience stores, campuses, etc.) in Malaysia and surrounding regions, establishing a cooperation network through ground promotion and business negotiations.

Develop channel layout plans for target cities (such as Kuala Lumpur, Penang, etc.) to achieve customer resource mining and contract signing goals.

Maintain existing partnerships, provide product training, promotional support, and after-sales coordination to enhance cooperation stickiness.

Regularly visit core customers, collect market feedback, prevent channel attrition, and optimize cooperation terms.

Break down regional sales targets, promote partners to achieve performance goals, monitor channel sales data, and generate analysis reports.

Adjust promotion strategies based on market dynamics to improve single-store output and channel coverage.

Research retail market trends in Malaysia, analyze competitive channel strategies and consumer preferences, and provide localized operational recommendations to headquarters.

Job requirements

Priority is given to candidates with majors in marketing, international trade, and business management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Experience: more than 1 year in channel development or sales (FMCG/retail background is a plus).

Strong skills in developing new customers, business negotiation, and resource integration.

Ability to execute, work under stress, travel when needed, and be result-oriented.

Familiarity with Malaysian market culture and quick integration into the local business environment.
