Job Objectives

The Business Development Executive is responsible for promoting software testing and development solutions, making cold calls to prospects, identifying key prospects, briefing them on solutions, fixing appointments, and following up to close orders. They will also introduce employees/candidates to customers, address issues raised by customers, and submit weekly sales reports every Monday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Software Testing and Development Solutions
  • Make cold calls to prospects (minimum number agreed upon)
  • Identify key prospects
  • Brief prospects on software solutions
  • Arrange technical presentations
  • Follow-up with prospects to close sales
  • Introduce employees/candidates to customers for discussions
  • Address customer issues
  • Submit weekly sales reports

Profile Requirements

  • Approximately 3-4 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in IT hardware/software
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science is preferred
  • Ability to handle customers independently, including briefing, convincing, and preparing presentations on automation issues and solutions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong documentation skills
