We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping businesses grow, and has an interest in using insights and data to drive better decisions.
What You'll Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially from property developers, JMBs, MCs, and management companies.
Build meaningful relationships with prospective clients and partners.
Conduct product presentations and demos (training provided) to help prospects understand our solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions based on client needs.
Assist in preparing quotations and presentation materials tailored to client requirements.
Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and participate in industry events and roadshows.
Support business decisions by gathering and analyzing basic customer data and market trends.
Track your activities and provide insights based on engagement performance and client feedback.
Who You Are
A Diploma/Degree holder in any field – Business, Marketing, IT, or related is a plus.
Passionate about technology, property, or business innovation.
Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Confident, friendly, and comfortable interacting with people from various backgrounds.
Willing to travel when needed (travel allowance provided).
Analytical mindset with eagerness to use data to improve strategies and results.
