Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, with a passion for building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional in-person client meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to clients
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align business strategies
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client communications
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Malay
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
