Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate with a desire to pursue a rewarding career in sales
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Able to interact well with people at all levels
  • Keen to develop personal competencies in business development and sales
  • Strong personal discipline, with a willingness to work hard
  • Possess own car, and willing to travel outstation

Responsibilities:

  • Source new business leads and build good relationships with new client prospects
  • Introduce, present and sell training solutions on personal effectiveness, change management, organizational leadership and communication skills to client organizations in Malaysia and Brunei
  • Interact with clients to assess and understand their human capital development needs, and match those needs with the solutions we offer
  • Make calls to schedule appointments with prospects
  • Hold business conversations with clients over the phone and face-to-face
  • Support client organizations through the HRDF process to claim for their training expenses
  • Salary at market rate, plus benefits and commission
  • Training on B2B sales methodology
