Responsibilities:
Dive in and proactively seek out potential clients, bringing them onto our platform with enthusiasm and energy.
Join forces with external partners like IBs/MIBs, to expand our market reach and supercharge client acquisition.
Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Address their needs proactively, offer tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service with a smile.
Excite and educate clients about our fantastic range of financial products and services, including investment opportunities and tools, to boost their adoption and usage.
Design and implement dynamic sales strategies, packed with lead generation tactics and client engagement initiatives, to smash sales targets and revenue goals.
Consistently exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a passion for excellence in every aspect of your role.
Efficiently manage client data in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and easy access for strategic decision-making, while diving into detailed research on sales statistics.
Qualifications
Proven track record in business development/sales/account management within the Fintech/Financial Services industry.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Possess analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify business opportunities and trends.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Well versed with MT4/MT5 or relevant platforms.
Proficiency in using CRM software or other relevant business tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) will be an added advantage.
