What will you do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, client meetings, and outreach.

  • Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and promote the company’s in-house software products and solutions.

  • Achieve sales targets by actively driving the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Manage and monitor tender-related matters, including registration, submission, and documentation for platforms such as PUKONSA, ePerolehan, and related portals.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare tender proposals, pricing, and technical documents.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, GLCs, and private sector clients.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, product demonstrations, and pitch materials to potential clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and opportunities using CRM tools.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

Our Requirement:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Strong interest or basic understanding of software solutions and digital products.
