A leading company in the baking supplies industry is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales and meet customer needs. This role involves managing client relationships, conducting market research, and supporting various sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and a solid background in marketing or sales, with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Marketing/Management required.
• 2-3 years of marketing/sales experience.
• Good command of English, food service or hospitality experience is a plus.

Job description

· Identifying & researching opportunities that comes up in new & existing market

· Preparing & delivering pitches & presentations to potential clients

· Communicating with clients to understand their needs & offer solutions to their problem

· Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current & potential client

· Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc) to create sales opportunities.

· Able to propose creative ideas to support custom

· Assist Business Development Manager

Other Tasks:

· Plan and make regular visits to customers as & when needed

· Present and promote company's products effectively

· Determine the needs of customers and act to satisfy these needs

· Carry out market research and surveys

· Prepare daily visit and activity reports

· Build good relationship with customers

· Follow up on leads, close deals and achieve sales target

· Undertake special assignments as instructed from time to time

· Provide support to Marketing Executive on customer related issues

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, Management from a recognised university/college

· Minimum 2-3 years Marketing/ Sales experience

· Good command of English

· Food service or Hospitality is an advantage

· Able to travel outstation frequently

· The salary range is not applicable for commission
