About the role
Enerxite Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time employee, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and expanding our customer base within the Sales and New Business Development function.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new sales leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold-calling activities
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our innovative product and service offerings
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Lead client presentation and consultancy during business development stages
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to secure new business
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline management in our CRM system
Attend site surveys to examine project feasibility and lead the tender / negotiation processes
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Participate in industry events, conference, and networking activities to promote the company and identify new business opportunities
Act as the brand ambassador and customer focal point of contact during all business dealings
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve company growth objectives
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the New Business Development industry
Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and convert new leads into loyal customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
Excellent presentation and pitching skills to convey the value proposition of our products and services
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales-related tools to manage the sales pipeline
A driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Passion for the Sales industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of Enerxite Sdn. Bhd.
