A leading company in digital media is seeking an International Business Development Executive. The candidate will be responsible for executing advertising sales, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with creative teams. The role requires 1-3 years of experience in advertising or business development with strong communication skills. 1–3 years of relevant experience in advertising sales, client management, or business development.
Strong interest in short video and digital media advertising; prior experience in business development is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and execution skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment with clear sales targets.
Understanding of brand advertising logic and content marketing trends; experience in consumer goods, tourism, or education sectors is a bonus.
Assist in executing advertising sales for our digital accounts by liaising with clients, identifying collaboration opportunities, and supporting the end-to-end sales process.
Maintain relationships with existing clients, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on contract signing and project implementation.
Assist in preparing pitch decks and proposals, and participate in brand communication and business negotiations.
Understand the content production schedule and collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
Regularly compile performance data, analyze client needs and campaign results, and provide actionable optimization suggestions.
Actively explore new client channels and participate in industry events, platform meetings, and other business development opportunities.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM(5-day system)
