Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales Strategy

Identify new business opportunities in the food industry (B2B & B2C).

Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and suppliers.

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements for business growth.

Develop pricing strategies based on market demand and cost analysis.

Product Development & Promotion

Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to launch new food products.

Develop promotional campaigns and sales strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Oversee product positioning, packaging, and distribution planning.

Partnership & Client Relationship Management

Negotiate contracts and deals with potential partners and food service providers.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including restaurants, retailers, and wholesalers.

Provide excellent customer service and address client needs efficiently.

Operational & Financial Management

Monitor business performance and suggest strategies for improvement.

Develop budgets, sales forecasts, and financial projections.

Ensure business operations comply with food industry regulations.
