Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team in developing new accounts and enhancing customer relations. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing market programs, conducting research to identify opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be proactive and self-motivated, and have the ability to communicate effectively in English and Malay, with Mandarin being a valuable asset. This position offers a chance to grow and develop in a supportive environment with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in the POS system industry is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.

• Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand and identify potential opportunities in current customers.
• Establish contact and develop relations with prospects.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Responsible for collection of payments from customers.
• Provide timely feedback to manager regarding customer feedback.
• Work proactively with other team members.
• Training will be provided.

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fast learner, pro-active, self-driven, and self-motivated.
• Able to communicate in English and Malay. Communication in Mandarin (written & spoken) will be an added advantage.
• Prefer candidates who can communicate in Mandarin (written & spoken) for Selangor and Sarawak vacancies.
