Job Description

  • Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, markets, and product lines
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets
  • Promote new product launches to both existing and potential clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with current customers through regular follow-ups and quarterly business reviews
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to products or Smart RFID/VMI solutions
  • Perform cold calls and client visits to generate leads
  • Deliver product presentations and assist with customer-site implementations
  • Work closely with the customer service and supply chain teams on day-to-day operations and urgent deliveries (when needed)
  • Support timely payment collections and ensure smooth order processing
  • Report daily activities to Business Development Manager or Managing Director

Job Requirement

  • Preferably holds a diploma/degree in engineering, business, or has relevant industry experience
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and good with time management
  • Must possess own transport and be able to travel for client meetings
