Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales support : Provide support to the Sales Team, ensure business transaction closure from quotation, customer purchase orders, matching selling price with purchase order, and coordinate with customers and sales.
- Maintain close customer relationships through prompt responses via telephone or other media.
- Organise transportation with logistic delivery drivers/dispatch services (not courier).
- Approve new customer records and maintain/update the customer database.
- Handle phone sales inquiries and walk-in customers.
- Generate monthly sales reports.
- Handle pre- & post-sales activities such as telemarketing, identifying potential customers, promotion, filtering, cold calls, post-sales follow-up, and customer complaints coordination.
- Manage auto-pricing in Weasy system.
- Ensure all order prices are correctly updated within 24 hours.
- Manage invoicing processes.
Customer AR regular follow-up
General Department Related Tasks
- Responsible for stock inventory of brochures/flyers.
- Support and coordinate exhibitions, events, etc.
- Liaise with HQ, internal, and external parties on corporate communication issues.
- Perform reception duties including greeting guests and handling phone calls.

- Share information within the sales team to maximize success.

- Work with internal sales and operations teams.
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Access.
- Reliable, accurate, team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Engineering background is preferred.
