Business Development Executive

Raffles American School is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and skilled in building strategic partnerships that drive growth and engagement.

1. Identify and build strong relationships with education agents and corporate partners, both locally and internationally.
2. Conduct ongoing research to explore new recruitment channels and stay updated on education trends and opportunities.
3. Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, provide training, and ensure stakeholders have updated materials and information.
4. Act as the main contact for agents and corporate clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous support.
5. Organize appreciation events, school visits, and info sessions to engage and retain key partners.
6. Track lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI; produce regular reports to guide strategy and improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years in a related field
• Presentation confidence
• Mandarin and trilingual applicants are desirable to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
