Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to spearhead sales and client acquisition in factory and industrial projects, with specialization including but limited to Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems, ICT solutions, and structured cabling infrastructure. The role involves identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through customized connectivity and digital infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in factory and industrial projects.
  • Promote and sell ELV systems, ICT solutions, and structured cabling services to clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, M&E consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
  • Track sales performance against assigned targets and provide regular reports to management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve offerings.
  • Participate in tender submissions, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and networking events to enhance company visibility and branding.
Ideal Profile:

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Engineering, ICT, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of sales/business development experience in factory or industrial projects, with proven exposure to ELV, ICT, and structured cabling solutions.
