Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in the Malaysian market through databases, LinkedIn, industry directories, and referrals.
- Qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Client Engagement
- Conduct introductory calls to understand client requirements and position Payroll Ninja’s solutions effectively.
- Schedule and deliver product demos and presentations to HR leaders, CFOs, and decision-makers.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship management until closure.
Sales Support & Reporting
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
- Provide weekly reports on pipeline, demos conducted, and client feedback.
Market Research
- Stay updated on payroll, compliance, and HR technology trends in Malaysia.
- Share competitive insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Inside Sales (preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or Payroll solutions).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client demos.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus (LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, content campaigns).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
