Fragstar Corporation Sdn Bhd produces a wide range of packaging products, including Rice Bags, Frozen Food Bags, Plain Vacuum Bags, and many more. The company is committed to reducing environmental impact and actively participates in introducing environmentally friendly products. In collaboration with the EPI group, Fragstar produces oxo-biodegradable and TDPA additives, which help in breaking down plastic into eco-friendly materials. Based in Butterworth, the company also focuses on using recycled plastic waste to contribute to environmental sustainability.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Butterworth for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, and account management. Daily tasks include identifying potential business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and working closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive growth. As currently our company have develop new product which is wicket bag like bread bag, mono layer LLDPE for food packaging and we using flexo printing to improve on our printing quality.

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in business strategy and client relationship management
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
  • Strong connection for mono layer LLDPE consumer and bread manufacturing consumer
