Job description

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Identify key market segments and engage with potential clients for solar energy solutions through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Act as the brand ambassador and customer focal point of contact during the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, government agencies, and any relevant parties.
  • Enhance solar energy solutions offerings and pricing strategies based on customer feedback, market data, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate regular reports and insights related to business development activities and outcomes.

Academic Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or any other field of study, and must be passionate about Renewable Energy.

Experiences:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Sales Engineers with system integration sales experience in construction or engineering are an added advantage.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and passionate about green technologies.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess own vehicle and willing to travel across Malaysia.
  • Proficient in English, Malay, or Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients.
