Job Purpose

To provide support and develop business from partner banks in order to achieve assigned Sales Channel Target.

The Job

  1. To achieve Sales Target from assigned Sales Channels.
  2. Facilitates training to all sales staff in the following: Insurance Product knowledge, Sales and sales closing techniques, Operation and fulfillment processes, Simple Financial planning matters and Banca system.
  3. Handle Enquiries from Banker & Customers.
  4. To proactively work with Leaders to plan sales activity and create Banca awareness in order to keep grow Banca’s business from assigned sales channels.
  5. To increase Sales staff participating and activity ratio.
  6. To support RP event and weekend banking (if any).
  7. Involvement in any projects/initiatives as and when given by the management.
  8. Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  9. Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  10. Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Our Requirements

  1. Possess either a degree in any field. A major in insurance or sales/marketing would be ideal.
  2. Professional qualifications in ACS, ACII, AMII, AII or equivalent, would be an advantage.
  3. Minimum 2 years working experience, is ideal with demonstrable selling skills.
  4. Flexible with commute and ever-ready to travel to our partnering bank branches.
  5. Has great communication and customer service skills.
  6. Collaborative and positive relationship building skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy.
  8. High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  9. Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
