- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.

- Lead and manage company processes, ensuring a smooth transition.

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.

- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians.

- Oversee and manage company operations, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top medical professionals.

- Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to promote the organization’s services.

- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure a seamless patient experience and high-quality care.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the healthcare sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the medical industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in marketing and direct sales within the healthcare sector.
