Job summary

A fintech and crypto startup seeks a Business Development Consultant to drive sales and manage client relationships. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, and a proven track record in the sales environment. Qualifications

Business Development Consultant (Fintech & Crypto Startup)

Min SPM / Diploma or equivalent in related field

Fluent in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

Knowledge in Fintech, Meta Traders will be added advantages

Client handling experience in fund management company or financial institutions in selling consumer banking products is a definite plus

Experience preferred but not essential

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Able to travel when required

Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential

Must have a proven track record in sales environment

Responsibilities

  • Carry out sales & marketing activities to acquire new clients, including large corporate enterprises in Financial/Meta Traders Services businesses.
  • Proactively source and secure potential institutional clients throughout SEA markets.
  • Manage client portfolios by providing market updates and maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, present solutions, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Work as part of a team, liaise with customers, and create solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
  • Review sales performance and aim to achieve monthly and annual targets.
