Role Overview

We are looking for high-performing Business Development Consultants who can own the end-to-end BD process — from hunting new opportunities to closing deals and managing relationships. You will work directly with business owners, decision-makers, and corporate teams, adapting your approach to each client while using our AI-enabled offer stack to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and engage SME and corporate prospects
  • Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand client challenges
  • Map workflows and business models to uncover opportunities
  • Propose tailored solutions that align with client objectives
  • Navigate corporate procurement processes and respond to RFPs
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and timely follow-ups in CRM
  • Build long-term client relationships for recurring revenue opportunities
  • Stay updated on AI trends, industry developments, and competitor activities
Requirements
  • 2–5 years’ experience in business development, consultative sales, or account management
  • Strong business acumen — able to understand and discuss business models, marketing strategies, and operational processes
  • Ability to adapt communication style for SMEs and corporates
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable with flexible working arrangements
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn about AI’s impact on business growth
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Background in full-funnel marketing, marketing strategy, or campaign management
  • Experience selling SaaS products or technology solutions
