A leading company in the outdoor advertising sector is seeking a dynamic Business Development Consultant to drive sales and client acquisition. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining pipelines, and building relationships with agencies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in media sales with strong negotiation and communication skills, complemented by a knowledge of the outdoor advertising landscape.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Consultant to drive sales and client acquisition in the outdoor advertising sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media sales, a consultative approach, and a passion for building long-term relationships with brands and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across local, regional, and national markets.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries.
Build relationships with advertising agencies, marketing teams, and media buyers to pitch outdoor advertising solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success.
Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, media sales, or advertising.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the outdoor advertising landscape (OOH/DOOH formats, metrics, and audience measurement tools).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Existing network of media buyers, advertisers, or brand contacts.
Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with outdoor media tools
