Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural industry.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calls, emails, social media) to generate leads.
- Conduct physical site visits, e.g., to oil palm estates to meet estate managers and contractors to showcase our agritools.
- Work closely with the Technosales Team to arrange appointments for product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and promoting upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies to promote our products/services.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide product information, support, and assistance to customers as needed.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer leads and sales activities via the Workspace system, with daily reporting.
- Create awareness (brand and product) using social media tools, manage daily posts, and respond to online inquiries.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven success in sales, preferably in the agricultural industry.
- Owns a car and is willing to travel outstation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (Chinese dialects are an advantage).
- Cultural awareness and experience in international markets is a plus.

Remuneration
- Base salary plus incentives and commissions.
- Work-related expenses covered (phone allowance, petrol, tolls, accommodation, etc.).
- Positions available in Kampung Subang, Johor Bahru, and Kuantan.
- For Johor Bahru and Kuantan positions, the role is home-based.
